1972 was a great year, particularly for fans of Black Sabbath as they released their compilation of dark sounding heaviness titled Volume IV which was released on this day, September 25.
Happy Birthday to two-time Grammy winner and blockbuster film star, Will Smith who was born just three years earlier in 1969.
And y'know back in 1971, Rod Stewart was the number one cat on the radio on September 25th
