Dead Planet Society - Zombie Zoo [Official Music Video]
"It's about bloody time,"
saith Dead Planet Society, the producers, crew, our beloved Sister Mary Phyllis/Chronic Medicine Woman (who just may have her first book coming out shortly... can't say any more, mum's tha word!), punk and metal fans, and our fearless leader, Mordichai, who as always, lent his crafty directorial skills to the project.
This is the band's second music video. The first was "Opening Act," the title track from Dead Planet Society's debut album. Unlike "Opening Act," which was filmed in Victoria, British Columbia on Canada's west coast, "Zombie Zoo" took several months to make.
Scheduling of course, usually is the number one factor for delays in such time consuming processes, however, in this instance only played a minor role. Locations were scouted, models built and Mordichai and Sister Mary even wound up giving the ok for an appearance together about 11 weeks ago in one of the Mordichai Music (& everything) UniVerse's INSTAGRAM posts.
(see image below)
This video took from June 2015 - October 2015 for all of its parts to come together to its final release date October 24, 2015 on Dead Planet Society's YouTube CHANNEL: http://YouTube.com/DeadPlanetSociety and our Mordichai Music (& everything) UniVerse YouTube CHANNEL: http://YouTube.com/Mordichai in our "Mordichai Music Roster #GreatMusic" playlist.
The post production was overseen by Mordichai; who incidentally was also responsible for the editing as well as the titles (opening and end) for "Zombie Zoo." In fact, Mordichai loved the project so much that he specifically designed the label's new animated opening brand sequence for this music video and has plans to use it at the start of all new Mordichai Music (& everything) UniVerse film and video projects.
Thanks again for the LIKES, FOLLOWS, SUBs, and SHARES. Until next time.
